For over 40 years, VML Pegram Inc. has specialized in precise environmental control solutions, servicing industrial health applications across Canada. We are pleased to provide servicing capabilities on the products and solutions we sell. Our in house capabilities include Factory Authorised Calibration and Service both at our facility or at your facility where applicable.

Design Consultation

Customer applications are unique requiring an understanding of the regulatory and quality standards and how those can be met in a customer specific application. At VML Pegram Inc., we take the time to understand your requirements and how our technologies can deliver “Best Fit” to help you achieve your goals. If an economical standard solution is best, or a custom designed interface is best, we will take the time and assess what is the most cost and technologically effective solution available. Custom projects don’t scare us.

Calibration and Repair

VML Pegram Inc. is the service representative in Canada for Beckman Coulter (HIAC and Met One brands), ATI, Emtek Global, and Amira. We are factory-trained and factory-authorized to calibrate and service most of the products within our portfolio. Calibration is to Manufacturers, NIST Traceable, or ISO 21501 standards as applicable and can be completed at our lab or on-site. Turn-around time for standard calibrations are usually days not weeks when scheduled in advance. Calibration and Service records are maintained at VML Pegram Inc.

Project Management

VML Pegram Inc. is aligned with Trusted Team Partners and can proivde cost effective project management on small to medium scale installation projects. We support what we represent. Our inter-disciplnary Team follows applicable regulatory protocols and executes IQ and OQ procedures where required. Our Team will also provide documented In-Service and User Training to assist customers in developing their internal S.O.P.'s.
